We often use CBT alongside psychotherapy treatment to better facilitate change, particularly with difficulties arising from anxiety and depression.

Our core beliefs about ourselves and others, as well as many of our behaviours are all learned through experiences throughout our life, but feel set in concrete rather than learned.  But together we can explore these, challenge them and develop new ones.  

We use various resources including mood rating logs, behavioural recording sheets along with talking through patterns of behaviour to help us build up a picture of how you think and why.  We will help you learn to challenge these as we walk your journey along a nurturing path of self discovery at your pace until we get to where you want to be.
